  Signing up with T-Mobile at this location was honestly great. BUT I recently went in to ask what my options are for jump as I have received a text informing me that it is time to jump. The sales rep I got when I walked in (don't know her name) spoke to me like I was an idiot and just started throwing numbers at me and sounded annoyed whenever I tried to get an explanation. I wish I knew her name so I could advise people to avoid her but such is life. I walked out of the store and will be attempting to visit another location for help. Never going back to this store and might possibly drop T-Mobile due to this poor customer service. One and a half years straight with this provider I thought simple questions could be handled a little easier. That's my rant.
